Pure protein. Pure chocolate. Pure waaaaa *sigh*. This is seriously intense. If you don’t want to cook it or you happen to find yourself eating it like a pudding, eat it like a pudding. I think I ate half of the batter that way; it’s just so rich and dark and creamy!
If you make it, you’ll see what I mean; you’ll find yourself in a sort of chocolate trance, stuck in the middle of your kitchen, spoon in one hand, bowl in the other, eyes either closed or, in shock, widely open.
4-5 egg whites
1 heaping scoop chocolate hemp protein powder
1-2 tablespoons of cocoa
half a scoop brown rice protein powder
1/2 medium grated zucchini
25g sunflower seeds (optional)
1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Trick is to GRILL it for like 10 minutes so its cooked on the sides and on top.
3. Then, take it out and bury a square of chocolate it there. It will melt with the already melting center of the cake. It’s madness in a spoon.

With the 25g of seeds, just add
4.1g carbo (1.5g fiber)
