3 big sliced leeks
1 teaspoon coconut oil
chive and onion low fat Philadelphia cream cheese
120g extra lean beef
extra virgin olive oil
1. It’s basically 3 big sliced leeks cooked avec a tsp of coconut oil and soy sauce. When brownish, boom, in goes a tsp of chive-and-onion-low-fat-Philadelphia-cheese and 120g of extra lean beef.
2. When ready, the whole thing gets a tsp of extra virgin extra virgin and is thrown in with pack of shirataks.
