This recipe is very simple. It features two things: 1. a stack of protein pancakes, 2. protein fluff. Enjoy them on top – or next to – each other for a delicious protein breakfast!
Ingredients for Pancake:
133 grams of liquid egg whites
23 grams of vegan protein powder (ideally a blend like Vegan Protein or Vegan Wondershake)
2 grams of cocoa 55 grams of grated zucchini (pre-drained and squeezed with a paper towel to remove extra moisture)
Directions:
1. Simply mix (don’t blend) all ingredients together in a bowl and pan-fry as you normally would.
2. Top with Banana Protein Fluff! Fluff recipe below:
Ingredients for the Fluff:
78 grams of frozen banana
23 grams of whey (ideally Whey Protein 80 or Diet Whey Isolate 90)
Splash of milk
Cinnamon to taste (optional)
