Banana Berry Protein Roulade

I think this may have been even better without the raspberries and instead with blueberries OR just dessicated coconut + gojis but its the idea I’m here presented – play with the recipe however you see fit. Personally, I love this.

Ingredients:

120g egg whites
15g goji berries
22g unsweetened whey
vanilla essence

Directions:

1. Mix and fry in 3g coconut oil

2. Wrap around a sweet old naner :-)
