The thing with protein powder in cookies, whey protein powder, is that they tend to come out ‘bready’ instead of really crunchy so they’re more like cookie-shaped muffins – tasty though!
Ingredients:
7g wheat bran
40g buckwheat flour
2 scoops chocolate whey
75g pumpkin
105g liquid egg whites
25g almond butter
baking soda
Directions:
1. Mix the ingredients.
2. I put a piece of 86% dark chocolate inside before baking. Bake until ready.
