Protein Carrot Cake Ice Cream

OK, there’s no ‘cake’ in it but it’s the flavour we’re talking about some good flavour!

Ingredients:

92g frozen carrots
25g peanut butter
1 heaping scoop of vanilla whey
2 or 3 tablespoons milk
a tiny bit all-spice
cinnamon
vanilla essence

Directions:

Blend together and voila!

Notes:

You can make it into banana ice cream by just substituting the carrots with frozen sliced bananas
