Chili con Carne with High Protein Tortilla Chips
These were going to turned into Nachos but in the end, it was to be Chili con Carne.
Ingredients:
lean beef
chopped tomatoes
tons of onions
lots of mushrooms
garlic
cumin
black beans
topped with not sour cream but 0% Greek Yogurt (+basil and paprika)
Directions:
Top over protein tortilla chips.

Notes:
Important to know that, if making the chips in advance, it’s always crucial to stick them back under the grill before eating them so they re-gain their crunchiness and their ability to scoop :-)
