This is a really easy recipe for protein cookies. They’re a bit ‘cakier’ than your regular crunchy cookies but they’re really tasty, especially enjoyed alongside a cup of tea, coffee or protein shake!
Ingredients:
33 grams of ground almonds
60 grams of liquid egg whites
1 whole egg
8 grams of wheat bran or gluten-free oats
30 grams of quinoa flakes
23 grams of peanut butter
1 whole banana
1/2 scoop whey (12 grams), ideally Upgrade Multi-Protein, though Whey Protein 360 and Whey Protein 80 also work well.
20 grams of hazelnuts
1/4 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Cinnamon to taste
Directions:
1. Mix all your ingredients
2. Bake for 15 minutes or so later and out come 10 cookies.
