I used to make it and think of it as ‘protein mush’ but somehow, with the name change, I swear it became even tastier! (I know that it makes no sense but there you have it: the mysterious nature of the human mind and the power of association).
Ingredients:
38g peanut butter (unsalted, unsweetened and crunchy)
30g vanilla whey
6g coconut flour
Tiny bit of Milk
Directions:
Mix with a tiny bit of milk.

460kcals
44.5g protein
11.9g carb (13.1g fiber)
22.3g fat

yeah and maybe less PB so it’s lighter in color! Next time I make some, I’ll bake them for like 5 minutes to they’re cookie semi-dough hehe
