Darrrrrrrk Chocolate & Espresso Protein Ice Cream!
This ice-cream has a secret. What? A whole can of beans. HORROR! Most people think: that sounds VILE. But ohoho how wrong they are! First of all, you can NOT taste the beans and second of all, they’re what makes this so deeply chocolaty and creamy. Don’t believe me? Try it.
1 can black beans
2-3 scoops whey protein powder
2 tablespoons 100% cocoa powder (I use this stuff)
1 shot espresso (optional but WOW: amazing)
1. All you got to do is stick it in the blender, taste a bit of it with a spoon (if it’s not sweet enough for your taste, add some sweetener or honey/agave to it).
2. Put it in a tupperware for 30 minutes, take it out and give it a mix with a spoon (or fork or even a spork if you’re so inclined), put it back in for another 30.
3. Take it and boom: done -> a tupparware-full of dark chocolate ice-cream!

Warning: Don’t eat all the ice cream in one go. Yes, it’s that good. No, it’s not hard to find yourself eating it all in one sitting but remember: 17.9g of fiber.
