Protein Pancakes with Melted Chocolate – by Andrianne de V.

IMG_1295For the pancakes:

6 tablespoons oats
5 tablespoons vanilla whey
1 big tablespoon quark or cottage cheese
1 tablespoon nut flour (I use Amandel or chestnut)
1 egg
Egg whites as much as necessary to make a batter (you can also add a bit of milk or water as well)


Combine all together, grease a pan and bake the batter over a low/medium fire.

For the chocolate topping:

5-6 tablespoons coconutoil
5 tablespoons raw cacao powder
2 tablespoons honey/aquavesirup/lucuma powner
a tiny bit of seasalt


1. Combine the ingredients in a small saucepan and stir until melted.

2. You can add any fruit, but I like a mix of all types of berries. Just heat in a small pan.

3. Place your pancakes on a plate and drizzle with the chocolate. Serve the fruit over the pancakes or beside of them.
