Oreo Double Stuffed Protein Pancakes – by Amanda F.


2 tablespoons Whey Protein (could use vanilla or chocolate)
2 1/2 tablespoons Coconut Flour
1 tablespoon (rounded aka heaping) Oat Flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder.
1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 NuNaturals Stevia Pack (or sweetener of choice)

1/3 cup liquid egg whites
1/4 cup Almond milk (or milk of choice)
splash of vanilla

1/4 cup plain greek yogurt (I use 0%)
2 tablespoons Coconut Flour
2 tablespoons Almond Milk
1 NuNaturals Stevia Pack (or sweetener of choice)
couple drops butter extract (not necessary, but really helps with the ‘icing’ flavor.)


1. Mix your ingredients for your filling well and set in fridge.

2. Mix your dry pancake ingredients breaking up any lumps. Add wet ingredients and combine well.
