…I’m pretty sure they would resemble these ABC (avocado, banana and chocolate) pancakes!
These pancakes taste divine, are packed full of nutritional ingredients and are GREEN!!
2 whole eggs
1/2 medium avocado
2 tablespoons coconut flour
2 tablespoons whey (I used cookies and cream)
2 teaspoons raw cacao powder
4 tablespoons almond milk
1 medium banana
Blended together and carefully (the mixture is quite delicate) panfry in coconut oil.
2 tablespoons greek yogurt
1 tablespoons banana casein
1 teaspoon powdered kale (for added nutrition and GREEN!)
Just blend all topping ingredients together (this is pretty good to eat as a snack on it’s own!). These quantities make enough for 2 small or 1 large serving, I recommend the latter :)
