I’m a fiend for chocolate so deciding on this flavor combo was easy peasy. I mean, who doesn’t love chocolate and strawberries? If you think this looks good then you’ll be pleasantly surprised to find out how delicious it is in your tummy. Seriously, give this a try, you won’t regret it.

⅓ cup oat flour
1 scoop protein powder
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 whole egg
1 egg white (¼ cup liquid egg whites)
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons unsweetened dark cocoa powder
15g Ghirardelli 60% cacao baking chips
30 drops of liquid vanilla crème stevia
sugar-free strawberry jam
sugar-free chocolate syrup (Walden Farms)
fresh strawberry, chopped
1. Mix all dry pancake ingredients in a bowl.
2. In a separate bowl mix all wet ingredients and then add to dry ingredients and mix. Allow it to sit for a couple minutes.
3. Using a skillet or a frying pan on medium heat add batter to make 6 medium sized pancakes, flip to cook both sides.
4. Once all are done, allow it to cool a bit, add strawberry jam between each pancake and top it off with chocolate syrup and fresh chopped strawberries.
