3 egg whites
6oz fat free plain or greek yogurt
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, mixed with 1 teaspoon lemon juice
pinches of baking powder and salt
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 scoops strawberry protein powder
1/4 cup cornmeal
1. Blend the wet ingredients. Add to dry ingredients.
2. Heat up the griddle and cook as you would normal pancakes. Makes 14-15 pancakes. Serve with sugar free maple syrup or fruit preserves.
