Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Protein Pancakes – by Brooke H.

Ingredients:

Pancake Batter:

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Cellucor Performance Whey)
2 tablespoons oat flour (blended oats)
2 tablespoons non-fat greek yogurt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon PB2
3 egg whites

Chocolate Mousse:

2 tablespoons non-fat greek yogurt
1 teaspoon Splenda or sweetener of choice
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup

Topping:

Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup
1 small banana

Directions:

1. Mix all pancake batter ingredients together in bowl and cook on pan as you would cook any other pancakes.

2. Stack pancakes, and in between each pancake, put chocolate mouse and banana.

3. Top with Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup and enjoy!
