3 White Chocolate Raspberry Quest Bars
PAM nonstick spray
120 g egg whites
226 g cottage cheese
170 g Fage Total Greek Yogurt
100 g regular yogurt
3 scoops (84 g) white chocolate protein powder (Designer Whey)
100 g all-fruit raspberry preserves
1 tablespoon stevia
1. Place Quest Bars in the microwave for 15 seconds to soften. Spray the bottom of a springform with nonstick spray and press the Quest Bars on it. Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, mix all the rest of the ingredients in the blender. Pour into the baked crust and bake again at 350 F for 40 minutes, until still wobbly.
3. Allow to cool and refrigerate for a few hours, until set.
