Raspberry Protein Cheesecake by Victoria
I decided to make a pink protein cheesecake in honor of breast cancer awareness month!! Raspberries gave it a nice color and a delicious fruity taste too :-) They turned out great! I hope everyone enjoys my cheesecake recipe and supports the cause this month! The recipe is as follows:
24 oz fat free or low fat cream cheese
3 whole eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup stevia
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
6 oz of fresh raspberries
1. Blend everything together until smooth.
2. Add to a cake pan and cook in the oven at 300 degrees for 45 minutes-50 minutes!!
