Ingredients for the base:

2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup ground almonds
1 tablespoon Honey
2 squares dark chocolate

Ingredients for the filling:

500g Greek yoghurt
1/2 cup egg white
20g options mint chocolate
Chocolate flav drops
1 tablespoon cocoa

Ingredients for the top:

Grated mint aero!


1. Mix the base ingredients and press down onto a spring-form pan.

2. Blend the filling ingredients and pour on to base.

3. Bake until it’s ready! ;-)
