Ingredients for the Base:

1/2 cup grounded almonds
1 tablespoon calorie free syrup
1-2 tablespoon nut butter
A pinch of pecan pieces

Ingredients for the Filling:

170g- 2% Total Greek Yogurt
250g- blended low fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup vanilla whey
1/4 cup liquid egg whites
1-2 tablespoon green tea matcha powder (or more if desired)
1 teaspoon lemon or line zest (add more for more tart if desired)

Directions:

1. Mix all base ingredients and press down onto a muffin tin. Then, mix all filling ingredients and add to the base.

2. Bake for about 35 minutes until they’re ready :-D
