3 tablespoons Peanut butter
3/4 cup Almond flour

Ingredients for the filling:

1x Tub of Quark vanilla
2x 170g tubs of Total 0% Greek yogurt
1x Scoop of Vantage coconut whey
1/2 Cup liquid egg whites

Topping:

1x Scoop of Genetic Muscle Mousse Banoffee
150ml Almond milk
Walden Farms chocolate sauce (I actually like this :p)
