Strawberry cheesecake Protein Balls – by Mariana

Makes 6


200 g low fat cream cheese
30 g vanilla whey protein powder
1 teaspoon pure vanilla powder
1 big tablespoon St. Dalfour strawberry jam
Aprox. 10 g freeze dried unsweetened strawberries


1. Blend the cream cheese with whey and vanilla powder.
2. Add the strawberry jam, season to taste. Add some more jam if you’ve got a sweet tooth.
3. Pour the batter back in the cream cheese tub and put it in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
4. Get the tub out of the freezer and let it melt just a little bit. Use two teaspoons to form a ball out of the batter and roll it in the crumbled freeze dried strawberries. Eat away!
