Protein Biscuits a la Cantuccini – Simon

Ingredients

50g milled Oats
25g Whey (Chocolate)
25g Casein (Chocolate)
1 Egg
1 Egg white
20ml Almondmilk
2tsp Peanutbutter
1,5tsp liquid Stevia
1/2tsp backing powder

Directions 

1. Mix all ingredients together

2. Put the moisture on a non stick plan as a long roll

3. Bake it for 15 minutes with a temperature of 175°C

4. Cut the roll into peaces

5. Dry those peaces for an other 20 minutes at 150°C or until they are realy dry

6. When they are cold, take you time and dip it in your coffee or proteinshake, cause the will become more and more in your mouth ;-D
