46g (1/2c) Molten Chocolate Whey Protein
31g Oat Flour
28g (1/4c) unsweetened Cacao Nibs
3 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
Optional coatings: unsweetened coconut, oats, almond flour/meal
1) Mix all in a small bowl and divide into 8 small truffles.
2) Let sit in the fridge to firm up for 20 minutes, or overnight.
3) Roll in optional toppings and devour!
