Layered Pistacchio Protein Bread – by Jakob
For the whole bread, just add alla the following ingredients in a bowl and fill up an oven safe bowl.
1 dl Oats
2 dl Egg whites
1 dl Casein powder
1 tbsp Bladgrön Müsli (http://www.ledins.se/produkt/halsomal/)
1 tbsp Stevia (can omit)
1 dash cinnamon
Since some oven can work differently and the use of different sizes of bowls, the time to bake should be around 20-30 minutes. Then you can eat it just as it is or do like me, add either walden farm chocolate spread or syrup, well, everything can work.
