Italian Syle Protein Bread – by Lene

Ingredients

  • 100 g butternut, cooked and blended.
  • 55 g tomato concentrate.
  • 35 g oatmeal, chopped.
  • 20 g pea protein.
  • 20 g linseed fiber (or pea protein).
  • 25 g whey protein, neutral.
  • 60 g egg white.
  • 1 teaspoon oregano.
  • 1 teaspoon basil.
  • Salt and pebber.

Directions

1. Mix.
2. Bake at 175 Celsius for 30 min.

Note: Don’t expect something sweet. But it tastes great with a slice of your favorite cheese!
