Some time ago I was baking a delicious Protein Banana Bread and I found myself wondering whether it’s possible to create a savory protein bread with the gorgeous texture of a banana bread (you know, this moist crumbly goodness you just want to live in)…but without the bananas!
While I love bananas and banana bread, I’d love an alternative a bit more savory and with a little less sugar. Can it be done?
