Ok go easy on me not only am I new to baking im new to baking with protein powder. I got a recipe from my nutrition guy for a protein pound cake that is 2 egg whites 1 scoop of trutein 1 tsp baking powder .5tsp van extract 1 tsp of butter extract and 3 tbsp of water. 2 try’s at this leaves me with dry rubbery mass. Found your what not to do post and mixed 2 tbsp apple sauce 1 tbsp almond milk. Came out much better but still not quite right. What im trying to achieve is super low fat low carb and high protein as my macros are quite strict. Any suggestions ?
