You say you want a pea protein crackers. Tell me which flours you prefer the most and I can come up with a good recipe: Quinoa Flour Corn Flour Brown Rice Flour Black Bean Flour Millet Flour These 5 worked best for me for making crackers, and I think every cracker I made had pea protein in it already anyways, I always use it, love pea protein.
