Pea protein crackers

    Gluten free, dairy free, savory pea protein crackers that we can pile chicken, tuna, or salami on at parties where everyone else is eating pretzels and wheat thins. My tummy is enjoying gluten and dairy free living :)



    Hi Sarah and everyone,

    I’ve been making lots of crackers lately, my favorite so far are brown rice flaxmeal protein crackers and pumpkin spice protein crackers.

    You say you want a pea protein crackers. Tell me which flours you prefer the most and I can come up with a good recipe:

    Quinoa Flour
    Corn Flour
    Brown Rice Flour
    Black Bean Flour
    Millet Flour

    These 5 worked best for me for making crackers, and I think every cracker I made had pea protein in it already anyways, I always use it, love pea protein.

    Thought I’d help Anna a bit with the requests, there are so many :)
