I prefer using non-flavored ingredients especially for protein powders and pea happens to be the best candidate for it. I try to bring out the natural flavores of other ingredients in the recipe, like the fruits and veggies rather than flavor of the protein powder. Only in some rare cases like brownies, you gots to use choco flavored whey or casein..
