iSi Cream Whipper (N2O) for Protein Fluff??!??!

    Has anyone ever tried making maybe some kind of protein/gelatine/cream concoction and using an iSi Cream Whipper etc. to make an instant fluff? I can’t find evidence of this anywhere on the internet, but how amazing would it be to have a can of macrolicious Readywhip available always???
