When I first started adventuring into the land of Protein Powders and stumbled across Anna on Twitter, my very first recipe was Protein Fluff.. This miracle opened my eyes to some of the possibilities and it was after making this that I went out and bought a LOT more ingredients in order to bake bake bake.. Okay, so the baking has been on hold for 5 months and there’s still 1 more month until I get back to a kitchen and am able to bake again, but whenever I get near to a blender and a whisk.. I’m away again.. I managed to create a monstrous Fluff beastie at the weekend with 500g of frozen strawberries, 3 frozen bananas, about 110g of Strawberry Whey (well.. All-In-One from Pro-10) and mixed it all up with some 1% milk until the consistency was right (it’s all I had) – quite lovely it was – but it took forever to eat as it was so voluminous..
Anyway.. I normally go for the simple recipe, per below – which links to the recipe that I based my original fluff on, before I started just throwing my own mixes together..
