Espresso Protein Bar and No-bake cheesecake,please!

    As for the Espresso Protein Bar,it could serve as a hi-protein meal and a wake-up snack,when good espresso is not at hand (library,airplane,etc)
    The dream bar would have a lot of whey protein, a handful of roughly chopped nuts for the crunchiness (walnuts/almonds/hazelnuts),orange zest and some good source of fiber (coconut flour/oatmeal bran).

    No-bake cheesecake is another big request,i don’t have an oven and i looove cheesecakes.
    Something based on quark,whey protein and lemon zest,please!On a base of crunchy chopped nuts,honey,and maybe some crushed low-fat cracker?
