Brown Rice Protein Recipes

    Hey everyone.

    I bought some unflavoured brown rice protein from bulk powders as a change from whey protein isolate for use in shakes.

    I’m usually pretty good at just necking something if it isn’t tasty, but this is totally gross, and both myself and my girlfriend can’t stomach it.

    Can anyone suggest some recipes in order to use up the powder in baking/food? I’ve tried a few things I found on google but really struggle to mask the taste





    Ben, it would be best to consume ingredients that you feel comfortable with, the ones you really like, no need to mask anything.. Or see why you don’t like the brown rice protein taste or smell, most likely you might need to adjust your feelings or thoughts towards food, like the saying “it’s all in your head”.

    Just something to think about :)
