Butter Vanilla Protein Cookies – by Vanessa
– 1 egg
– 15gr oat flour
-15gr almond flour
-10gr coconut flour
-10gr vanilla protein powder
-stevia / sweetener your choice
– 1 teaspoon milk your choice
Mix all ingredients together.
Form into cookies (with wet hands)
Bake at -170 Celsius for about 20 min!
Eat eat eat – with milk for example :-)
