Vanilla Casein Pudding with Macadamia Nuts
I love this, I absolutely and unreservedly love this. I dare you to try it and not love it too. My palate sings and I have to sit down whenever I eat it, to savor every spoonful. I use a little spoon to eat it so it lasts longer.
It looks very plain and kind of beh but mmmm! Can we call it a recipe, is it a recipe? I’m going to go ahead and call it a recipe, even though, really, it is basic enough as to fall outside of the boundary lines of a recipe.
1/2 cup milk
1 scoop casein
1. Heat up a bit of milk, not much, around 1/2 cup will do (almond is mmmm but really, any milk will do). Before it gets to the point where you sticking your finger in it would result in a third degree burn, take it off the heat (or out of the microwave).
2. Add a scoop of casein: ON vanilla.
3. Mix it.
4. Grate an orange on it.
5. Mix it again.
6. Top it with cinnamon.
7. Add nuts (I personally adore macadamias). Consider also adding in a mushed cooked sweet potato to the casein! I know it sounds out but oy!!! it’s superb
