Hazelnut & Almond Protein Truffles (TM)
This recipe takes about five minutes to make and anyone – and I mean ANYONE – can make it. Even a kid with zero kitchen experience or a person ‘with two left hands’. It takes no skill or practice to make this and the result is these supper sweet little Protein Truffles (TM) that are almost cookie-dough-ish in consistency and yum yum yum!
1 tbsp hazelnut butter (or almond butter)
1/8 cup vanilla pea protein powder (or vanilla casein)
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/8 cup of milk (almond or cartoned coconut would be best)
Get a bowl out and chuck all the above ingredients in. Mix everything together until you get a ‘dough’. Divide this dough into six little truffles. Coat in either coconut, chopped nuts, or cocoa powder! That’s it: done.
