Spinach Protein Patties (with Chicken, Hummus, & Tomatoes)

I’m putting the finishing touches on the Protein Pow cookbook so I can send it to the printers asap and have it ready next month, boom!!! right? Exciting times :-D

Anyways, for this reason, this post will be nice and short, as is, I guess, this recipe!


1.5 tablespoon pea protein
1/2 cup liquid egg whites
1 cup cooked spinach
1/2 teaspoon salt


Blend it all together, panfry as patties, and you’re ready to top with whatever your heart desires (mine went for chicken, tomtoms, and organic hummus). Easy, quick, and wonderful :-D

Macros per sering (out of 1):

29.4g protein
12g carbos (2g sugars)
2g fat (0.4g sat)
7.4g fiber!
