Banana Almond Protein Ice Cream

Warahoooo! What a better postworkout snack to eat when it’s sunny and :-D than protein ice cream? This one is superb because you get the crunch of the almond butter and then the boom and the banana + vanilla combo and then ahh, that wonderful ice cream creaminess. What I did to make it was just blend the following ingredients together:

Ingredients:

1 170g pot Total 0% Greek yogurt
1 banana
2 scoops  vanilla whey
2 tablespoons homemade almond butter
1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Directions:

1. After blending the above, I put it all in a tupperware and froze it before taking it out every 30 minutes to churn it with a fork (i.e. to stir it (and to lick the fork)).

2. After a good 3-4 churns -> done -> protein ice cream deliciousness :-)))))))
