The Amazing “Wow-There’s-Fish-Oils-IN-there-?!” Protein Pudding

 

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon orange fish oils
1 scoop (or 2 if you want) vanilla casein
Warm milk

Directions:

Mix all together with enough warm milk to make it into a pudding (add 1 tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached).

Notes:

Click on the pic. The recipe is, really, just that (you can NOT taste the fish, I swear, it’s all absolutely amazing deliciousness!) It was approx ~1/2 cup of milk for me to mix in. I love using coconut milk but you can, of course, use any milk you want (cow’s works fine and so does almond milk or plain old H2O). Just make sure you warm it up a bit (you don’t HAVE to but I find the pudding tastes nicer when you do). I use Barlean’s orange-flavored fish oils in the US and Vitabiotics’ orange + lemon flavored fish oils in the UK. Both work beautifully. Give this a shot; it’s a fantastic way of taking in your omegas and protein :-)
