Almond Butter Vanilla Casein Pudding

I was debating whether to upload this since, really, it’s the same thing I’ve uploaded before BUT with a tablespoon of almond butter (which I get by the kg here because… well… the stuff is amazing!). The result is phenomenal! You get the crunch of the AB with the creaminess of the vanilla casein and the whole thing just ends up like one hell of a delicious pre-bed pudding. Can’t recommend it enough. If it’s morning when you’re reading this (or not, because it doesn’t matter that much), make a bowl of this and have it tonight, you’ll see what I mean about it being ‘phenomenal’ ;-)

Ingredients:

Hot hot hot water
32g scoop casein
1 tablespoon almond butter

Directions:

Mix it all together and let congeal in the fridge for a few hours.

Notes:

You can add more nuts in there or cinnamon or orange zest or lemon zest of mmm anything you fancy. It’s almost absurdly easy and so so good!
