Toffee, Coconut & Banana Protein Porridge Topped with Almond Butter
I bought a bag of gluten-free rolled oats. Am I gluten intolerant? No, I am not. Am I ‘gluten sensitive’? Not that I know of. Do I follow a gluten-free diet? Well, no, although I suppose a lot of what I eat is ‘gluten free.’ So… why the bag of gluten-free rolled oats? They were on sale. What is this? A bowl of incredible goodness!!
1. First make the porridge with the milk and mix in the toffee drops.
2. Let it cool a bit and add the casein.
3. Top with 1/3 of a banana + 1 tablespoon of almond butter + cinnamon.
Macros per Serving (out of 1):
33g carbs (4.3g fiber)
Son of Cronus!!!!! It was absolutely delicious, AAA! Macros are for 1/4cup of oats and 1/2 or so cup of (cartooned) coconut milk. MMMMM!!!! I could eat a huge pot of this stuff, it’s delicious!! :-))))
