Walnut, Vanilla, Coconut, & Banana Protein Fluff
1 large frozen banana
1 heaping scoop vanilla whey
1/4 cup cartoned coconut milke
1. blend a single large frozen sliced banana with a heaping scoop of vanilla whey and 1/4 cup of (cartoned) coconut milk.
2. After blending it all, whisk it (electrically) for a minute.
3. Top it with walnuts. And coconut. The result is: Insane => INSANE!!!!!! :-)))))))))
