Banana & Almond Protein Pancakes


Protein Pancakes. They never get old. You may be sick of me posting about them so much. If so, my apologies. I’m just trying to show the breadth of possibilities available for making them! Here, for example, instead of purely whites I used whole eggs. I also threw in a few oats for ‘good measure’ and ground almendras.

Ingredients:

2 whole eggs
45g vanilla myofusion
1 banana
20g ground almonds
10g oats
60ml coconut milk

Directions:

Blend everything together and fry up in a pan with coconut oil.

Macros per Serving (out of 13):

47kcals
2g fat
3g carbs (1.4g sugars/0.5g fiber)
3.9g protein

Yum yum :-) moist and vanillay and packed with the banana’s bam! :-)))) The mixture above yielded 13 mini pancakes. They are good for two people who are kind of hungry but not really starving, or one person (like me) willing to do in the lot.
