The Anna Protein Burger: An Almost Elvis Semi Goober Burger Sandwich

My brother came home one day saying a place nearby does burgers with bananas, peanut butter, bacon and…. ENOUGH! I was sold on the idea from the moment I heard it. It just HAD to be made! Welcome to my take on it:

Ingredients:

Half a venison burger – cooked
Half a ba
nana – sliced and fried on tiny bit of coconut oil and a splash of lime juice
15g almond butter
1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 slices of protein bread

= The Anna Protein Burger Almost Elvis Semi Goober Burger Sandwich -> sensational.

I can’t think of a name because can I really call it Goober? No. Because the Goober Burger is basically a burger (usually a steak burger) with melted peanut butter, cheese, mayo and maybe tomato and lettuce. And we can’t call it an Elvis either because it has no bacon. So we’re left with a ridiculous cluster of words for a name. But the name doesn’t really matter, you know? It’s the combination of flavors!

The crunch of the nut butter with the sweetness of the caramelized-in-coconut-and-lime-banana and the ummph of the venison? Oh… As you can see, this was a mini burger-sandwich, one may even say a gourmet-style burger (because, why not, right?) yet, though it was small, boom! what a flavor sensation… ohhhhh… *sigh*…
