Protein Banana Bread

Banana bread!! The photo does not do it justice, no way. It is so moist and soft and mmmm! Try it and see for yourself ;-) and with some PB on top? Well, well, well!

Ingredients:

112g banana (so, one medium sized ripe banana)
40g pitted madjool dates (again, two)
151g liquid egg whites
1 whole egg
55g MP brown rice protein
32g quinoa flakes
20g hazel nuts
Cinnamon
Vanilla essence
Baking powder

Directions:

1. Do the same as you did with the brownies (i.e. mix it all up with a blender until smooth). Oil up a bread-baking tray and stick it in the oven, again, at 150 degrees.

2. After a few minutes, take it out and put the mixture in it. Bake for a good 30 minutes or so, until a knife comes out clean.

3. Take out. Let it cool. With some peanut butter on it, the stuff becomes absolutely delightful. Try to share but I warn you, you may end up hoarding it ;-)
