Pumpkin Pie Almond Butter Cakes

I was trying to go for a roulade but it cracked (needed to add more egg whites) but either way, yum! They’re really moist and pumpinful :-)

Ingredients:

15g vanilla whey protein
3g coconut flour
66g pumpkin
62g egg white
dash cinnamon
dash ground cloves

Directions:

1. All blended up and stuck in a pre-heated flat baking tray.

2. When done, layered with homemade almond butter!
