A Pistachio & Pumpkin Protein ‘Panvlova’

For….ages….I have tried to make a pavlova the traditional way, sans the sugar. Every time, it fails. Calling this a ‘panvlova’ is, I supposed, far fetched because of the texture but I am calling it so because it’s basically unlike a pavlova, which is obviously baked, I nonsticked this.


meringued egg whites
pistachio nuts
a bit of vanilla whey

Macros per Serving: N/A

I guess its more like a pancake? but no, an omelet μιπος? It’s tasty, whatever it is :-)

    Thank you for the comment on my blog; my fiber protein pudding IS amazing. I could eat it every single meal! I love this pavlova! I made a similar one but added extracts, and sugar free syrup flavors to it… it didn’t last more than 5 minutes!

    Try adding a bit of wheat bran/oat bran/ or in my case Fibersmart or 4Fiber, and more protein powder. did you use cream of tartar? i wonder how coconut flour would work in this? I just add tons of Fibersmart or bran and more protein!
