Protein Carrot Cake Ice Cream

OK, there’s no ‘cake’ in it but it’s the flavor I’m talking about here: mmmm.

Ingredients:

92g frozen carrots
25g peanut butter (the unsalted unsugared kind – crunchy is best)
1 heaping scoop of vanilla whey
2 or 3 tablespoons milk
a tiiiiny bit all-spice
cinnamon
vanilla essence

Directions:

Blend together and voila!

9.6g carbs (4.3g fiber)
13g fat 

Notes:

You can make it into banana ice cream by just substituting the carrots with frozen sliced bananas ;-)
