Protein Apple Crumble: The Crunch
This is a 2 part recipe for two individual high protein apple crumbles. For making the crumbly topping for two individual apple crumbles, you are basically making two giant ‘cookies’ which you will then (once the apple ‘filling’ is ready) ‘crumble up’. You COULD eat them as cookies but the texture is really for the crumble so here it goes.
27g coconut oil
28g brown rice protein
58g quinoa flakes
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1. Melt 27g of coconut oil with 13g of honey at low heat.
2. Then, add 38g of brown rice protein and 58g of quinoa flakes (+1/2 teaspoon baking soda and cinnamon) and 1 fresh egg white.
3. Bake at 180 degrees (celsius).

22g carbos (5.3g fiber)
They’re high in fat, yes, but it’s coconut oil, the latest paragon of health, remember? ;-)
